Becoming Conscious
Increasing self awareness through meditation, expressive art, discussions. The focus is to gain insight into areas of the personality that hinder/promote intuitive understanding of the self. The goal is to facilitate acceptance, tolerance, understanding and ultimately a relationship with self that promotes self -love. The group runs Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 12:00. Art project follows a meditation aimed at contemplation and accessing the "felt sense". The facilitator is a registered psychotherapist and art therapist with many years of experience.
