Working in this field for over 30 years, my life/family experiences and education has been an asset in counselling. My experience in mental health, addictions, trauma, chronic conditions and brain injuries has been inspiring. Together we will build supports that challenges established beliefs that enable many people to stay in chaos.
Many people have gone through challenging times, many losses, profound change and overwhelming emotions have surfaced. With challenges comes strengths.
