Reaching out for support can be one of the most emotion-infused tasks and can seem intimidating or overwhelming; I believe that you are the expert in your life journey and I am here to guide you on your unique recovery path. As a practitioner I hold dual identities within settler-Canadian and Indigenous-Ojibwe roots. I also identify within Two-Spirit & Queer communities. I am here to meet you where you are at and take whichever direction you would like to take within your healing.

I enjoy engaging within a relatable, compassionate, person-centered, Anti-Oppressive practice. In our sessions together I want you to feel like this is your time, your space and that my sole job is to show up for you. When you come into the therapy room, I want you to feel like you are the most important thing to me, because in that moment you are.

I believe that there is significant stigma toward mental health within societal constellations; I want to commend you on reaching out for support and fostering energy toward your own desired state of holistic wellness.
