I have 11 years of experience in Mental Health, and I use an integrative approach with Individuals and Couples. I utilize techniques from various evidence-based therapies, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, Person-Centred, Attachment-Based Therapy, Psychodynamic, CPT, and Gottman Method. We will explore your past experiences to gain a deeper insight into your present self.
