I am trained in a wide range of trauma focused therapeutic skills such as Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma informed yoga, Mindfulness, Dialetical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Hypnotherapy I am currently pursuing advanced training (Level 1 & 2) in Complex Trauma (C-PTSD).
I look at trauma symptoms as stemming from psychological wounds experienced in the context of early childhood experiences. I use an integrative approach to get you in touch with your own inner resources and resilience bringing about transformative healing and psychological growth.
