Do you struggle with your relationship with food and your body? Have you ever wished you could find peace from food stress, anxiety, and guilt? Have you ever wondered whether it was possible to feel confident in a body while carrying the weight of the world's judgements and pressures? Body and food peace is a radical pursuit in the face of diet culture and weight stigma, and it is a journey I would be honored to navigate together with you. I work with my clients to explore body image shame, diet culture, intuitive eating, emotion regulation, and authentic living.
I have supported individuals impacted by eating disorders for nearly a decade. I offer a safe space to explore your relationship with food and your body on an individual and systemic level. I am committed to an anti-oppressive, HAES, and body liberation practice that is fat positive, 2SLGBTQ+ allied, and neurodivergent-affirming.
I understand firsthand how lonely and scary struggling with mental health can be. I also believe there is hope for you. I would be honored to connect with you and explore whether we could be a good fit for your counselling journey. You do not have to walk alone.
