As a Therapist and Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I can confidently provide support with many concerns, some being; anxiety, depression, stress, relationships and self-esteem. I can also provide support for individuals living with chronic health conditions or navigating life transitions including perimenopause and menopause.
I use evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach to therapy is client-centered, rooted in the recognition that every individual has strengths, is unique and the expert on their life.
