I specialize in anxiety and trauma, and have experienced a lot of success through EMDR therapy. I also use therapies and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, boundary and assertive training, coping strategies, and self-confidence building.
Having battled my own trauma throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to helping others experience the same freedom I have found. My philosophy is to aide my client’s discover who they truly are, and how to live out that person to the fullest each day.
