Welcome to C&D Therapy! We are a team of two therapists with 11+ years of experience in the field of counselling therapy. I (Cameron) am a trans (male) therapist and part of the 2S lgbtqia+ community. Clients working with me can find success with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, sexuality, gender identity, family conflict, and relationships. Identifying your most pressing issue is a good starting point for us to work from. I specialize in trauma and C-PSTD, utilizing Internal Family Systems as my main approach.
I offer IFS counselling therapy, integrating narrative theory and family systems. I encourage clients to work at their own pace, make their own choices, and listen for their inner voice. I collaborate with clients in creative strategies to moving forward. Queer-identifying therapist, welcome/safe space for queer/LGBTQ2IA+ persons/families.
