Hello! If you’re looking for compassionate support and therapeutic tools to help you deal with thoughts, behaviours, sensations and/or emotions, I may be able to help! I offer psychotherapy services to youth and adults, using various evidence-based techniques which target the mind, body, and their inherent connection. My person-centered approach aims to enhance your self-awareness by attending to all the dimensions of you, especially your authentic self. Therapy can be a great place to examine your current ways of being and coping, reflecting on what no longer serves you to learn more adaptive strategies.
I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
