I offer bilingual services. J'offre aussi de la thérapie en français. Life has challenges, but we don't have to face them alone. My priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I want to develop genuine therapeutic relationships with my clients to make them feel comfortable and vulnerable in our work together.

I am a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) who completed my graduate studies (DESP) at Hearst University. The diverse nature of my professional history has allowed me to work alongside various age groups with behavioural struggles, intellectual disabilities, the autism spectrum, mental health disorders, and crisis management.

My goal is to create a climate of mutual trust where my clients can feel free to express themselves and set goals as steps toward wellness and fulfillment. I ONLY offer virtual sessions and only take e-transfer as a payment method at the moment. Receipts can be used for insurance purposes. I currently take new clients aged 12+.
