Group offers a place to try out new behaviours, explore new ways of being, and share parts of yourself that may otherwise be hidden. This helps us learn to cope with the difficult emotions that arise in interpersonal interactions by providing the support to put thoughts and feelings into words, allowing us to share what often remains only within.
