I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario with over 10 years experience. I have a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology, Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Mental Health and Addiction Worker diploma. I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Strength-Based/Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My approach is to work from a non-oppressive/non-judgmental perspective, while encouraging clients to make their own life decisions.
