I help these clients first understand themselves better. Understand how they are stuck in patterns and beliefs which are not working for them. Once these patterns change, they can live more happily.

Fees
- Individual Sessions $165
- Couple Sessions $170
- Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible
- Pay by ACH Bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Paypal
Insurance
- BlueCross and BlueShield
- Company to see whether they cover counselling.
- Every client must check with their own insurance
- If so, they would submit their receipts to the
- Insurance company and get refunded from their
- Insurance company.
