This human experience can be difficult and today’s world is full of challenges and obstacles. I have many years’ experience helping clients to navigate a wide and complex array of challenges. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and other mental health issues. I also work with people dealing with general emotional difficulties, relationship issues, or trouble connecting to positive experiences like joy and happiness. I connect with my clients wherever they are at in their life’s journey and individualize my treatment approach to best support their healing, growth, and betterment.
I take a relational, person centered and collaborative approach to working with clients which prominently integrates mindfulness, somatic therapy, attachment theory, and parts work. I am humbly committed to anti-oppressive practice, social justice, cultural safety and humility, and providing trauma and violence informed care.
I have been deeply committed to my own therapy and healing journey for over a decade and understand that it can be hard to ask for help or to know exactly where to turn.
