Available evenings and weekends. I take a person centred approach, believing that every client is different and therefore match my approach to where they are on their journey towards health and wellness. I believe in working from the client's point of reference and building strengths and capacities. As a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists I have worked with a variety of different clients: individuals, couples, and families, I particularly enjoy working with the dynamics of a couple, I also enjoy working with men's mental health issues and depression.

I have worked with a variety of presenting issues including: trauma, FASD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, work-related stress/issues, divorce, reconciliation, extra marital affairs, addictions, sexual dysfunction, anger management, LGBTQ issues, suicidal ideation, abuse in relationships, relationship issues, conflict management, grief and loss, and crisis situations.

I have counselling experience working in private practice, school settings, hospital settings, and community settings. I have worked with clients who self-refer, are court mandated, and have worked through Children's Services.
