The majority of my practice focuses on reducing symptoms of trauma, depression and anxiety. I work primarily with young and middle-aged adults. I have a special interest in working with clients who have been wounded in spiritual communities.
I use a person-centred and integrative approach. I am trained in Basic and Advanced EMDR treatment protocols and have additional training in ACT and EFT. I also integrate elements of DBT, CBT, Narrative and SFBT into my practice. My aim is to customize treatment to best meet your therapeutic needs.
