Finding a “good fit” therapist when you need it most can feel truly overwhelming. The Cove Therapy offers virtual and in-person therapy to individuals with experiences of trauma & grief, anxiety & depression, eating disorders & complicated body image. Feeling connected to your therapist is very important, and we will work to connect you with a therapist that feels most right for you.
Our team brings warmth, a depth of experience, curiosity, connection, and presence to the therapy relationship. We are grounded in relational therapy, and offer a variety of modalities in the work that we do (IFS, EMDR, EFT, EFFT, CBT, DBT, SP, Narrative, Clinical Hypnosis, & more). We deeply value creating inclusive and culturally competent care.

Relational Consultation Group (Virtual)
Welcoming newer practitioners seeking a supportive consultation group as they build confidence in private practice. The group will meet the first Friday morning of each month for 90 minutes, for 12 months. After this point, group members will have the option to continue together as a Peer Consultation Group (without me!). If you re interested in this group and the schedule does not work, please let me know.
