We pull from a variety of interventions to suit your unique needs. Congratulations on taking the first step in seeking therapy to work through your concerns that will enable you to increase your wellbeing and satisfaction in life. My name is Danny Seto. My team of Associates at my clinic will provide you will the care and compassion that you deserve. We offer in-person sessions in Richmond Hill as well as virtual sessions for therapy and supervision services.
Like you, I was on a journey of rediscovering myself through different forms of therapy. I not only offer you "textbook" knowledge, but experience through the struggles that I have dealt with. Therapy is a journey. To some, therapy may take a few sessions; to others, it may take years. However long it takes, know that you are not alone in this journey.
I bring over 25 years of expertise. At the moment, my current practice is limited to working with males between the ages of 12 and 30 that may struggle with certain issues (exs.: addictions, pornography, relationships, anxiety/depression, and other male issues). My team of Associates, though, would also see other individuals, couples, and families.
