My mission is to help you recognize the power you hold and make sense of your life in an environment that is safe and respectful to all people on a fundamental level.
I mainly work through a holistic approach focusing on genuine human connection and self-awareness. In our sessions together, I may offer both an accepting environment to process your experiences and concrete skills to improve your quality of life.
I truly believe that through my help, all my clients can come to recognize what they have and what they need to live a more fulfilled and healthy life. It is always an honour to see clients grow, and achieve their goals.
