I utilize a variety of approaches including Hakomi, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy. My model is built on self-care and is grounded in scientific research. Mind Body Skills have the potential to transform the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of life.
