I prefer a gentle and methodical approach, using structure when needed. Evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational psychodynamic therapy, are typically combined to fit my client's unique needs.
