With formal training in a number of different therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), I bring a variety of approaches to my work to best suit the needs and wants of each client.
