Welcome to Interior Sanctuary Counselling with Emily. If you've been hurt in the past by the significant people in your life, I am here to support you in healing these wounds. Relationships can be challenging and bring a lot of stress into our lives yet they are what we need in order to thrive as human beings. Perhaps you want to support significant people in your life but you're feeling overwhelmed. You can learn the skills of attuning to your child's needs, partner's needs, and to your own needs, and to repair any broken and hurting relationships.
I specialize in helping you build a better relationship with your child, partner, or other significant people in your life. You can develop the tools for improving communication, implementing healthy boundaries, and learning to feel safe and happy in each other's presence. I offer counselling for children, adults, and couples in need of relationship repair.
Through Interior Sanctuary Counselling, I offer compassionate and attentive care and support, and an exploration of your deepest relationship needs at this moment in your life. I look forward to companioning with you on your journey to wellness, and becoming acquainted with your unique story and gifts.
