Are you experiencing emotional distress or feeling burdened by a personal difficulty? Sometimes we can feel confused about which path to take as we're confronted by life's challenges. If this sounds like your experience, talking to a therapist may be helpful. Together we can explore feelings, patterns, thoughts and behaviours that may be creating unwanted habits or obstacles in your life that you're ready to remove.
My approach is integrative, stemming from a Psychodynamic foundation. I will incorporate key insights from a few major approaches (ie. cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, humanistic) to tailor a treatment plan that is unique to every client with the intention of reducing suffering and enhancing well being.
I offer my clients a safe, open, non-judgemental space in which to explore the challenges inherent in life. I provide a collaborative approach where together we can work to untangle the knots that are keeping you from living your best life.
