Sexual issues might include things like processing shame and moving toward a picture of sexual health and wellness - whatever that looks like for you. Relationship issues might include deepening your understanding of your relationship with yourself, your family of origin, your chosen family, your partner/s, and/or your community.

Change is a constant in life, and I can help you open up space for getting to know yourself again - on your own or in your relationships.
