Hello and welcome! I am so glad you landed here. My name is Jenna and I am the founder and clinical director at Fleurish Psychotherapy & Wellness. Please note - Jenna is on maternity leave and not accepting new clients. Alex and Kate are both accepting new clients! We are a team of human-first therapists who are passionate about working with neurodivergent youth and adults. Navigating ADHD can feel overwhelming, like you're stuck in a cycle of exhaustion. Whether you feel emotionally flooded, your mind is busy with racing thoughts, or you are disconnected from yourself or others, we are honoured to meet you where you are at.
We emphasize a nervous system-based approach by integrating the mind and body in session. Our approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and neurodivergent-affirming. We welcome those with confirmed diagnoses and those who are self-identifying as neurodivergent. Our areas of specialization include ADHD, anxiety, attachment trauma, and relational challenges.
