Welcome! I completed a Master's degree in Counselling at University of Ottawa in 2015. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) as well as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I work as a counsellor at Carleton University and do private practice sessions on evenings and weekends.

I use a nonjudgmental, person-centred approach in supporting clients through all types of difficult inner experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to explore issues, set goals, and foster change.
