Hi, and welcome to my page! I'm a licensed counsellor offering services to individuals seeking support for stress, anxiety, and low mood, as well as people looking to improve their self-esteem and their interpersonal relationships. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, using an approach tailored to each person's needs. Approaches I tend to draw from most frequently include Systemic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. I practice from a 2slgbtqia+ affirmative and intersectional standpoint.

In this space we can work together to rediscover and reconnect with your values, your goals, and your dreams, as well as identify coping tools that will help you along the way.
