My ideal client seeks a compassionate, understanding space to explore their unique experiences and emotions. Together, we identify patterns, build self-awareness, and develop strategies for connecting with others and navigating life’s complexities. It's been a joy to help so many adults navigate new understanding of neurodivergence - especially as person who's ND themselves!
Relational therapy centres the therapeutic relationship between therapist & client as foundations for growth. Through your experiences, we look at your relational history - the relationships in your life & how they have helped form you. Additionally, I draw from IFS and expressive arts working creatively to get at hard-to-process feelings, stories and parts
I welcome and affirm neurodivergent clients, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice is sex/sex work/kink/polya/ENM positive, and I honor your cultural and spiritual practices. I am pro-choice and pro-body autonomy, and as an ex-vangelical, I see a lot of queer clients facing religious trauma. I'd love to be a supportive space for your journey.
