Hi my name is Jaclyn. Navigating life's challenges can often feel overwhelming and recognizing the need for help is a brave first step. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

I use a person-centred approach and incorporate practices including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work with a wide range of clients with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.

I am passionate about helping others on their journey to personal healing and growth in a supportive and non-judgmental space. We will work together to foster self-compassion and challenge the thoughts and feelings that limit you so you can enjoy a more fulfilling life through meaningful change.
