I am a licensed psychotherapist and artist. My specialty is in treating toxic/chronic shame. My clients have a desire to dive deep into issues that are blocking them from progress and healing. It can include grappling with self-worth, confidence, anxiety, emotional regulation and attachment issues. My therapy training allows me to truly hear what is beneath the challenges you face and my training in coaching and positive psychology is there to help you create action plans for where you want to be as you start feeling better.
We'll create a personalized treatment plan and timeline for your goals, using proven therapeutic methods with transparency and compassion. I don't offer band-aid solutions; we address the heart of the matter so you can overcome difficulties and build a brighter future. What works for you and your goals determines my approach with our time together.
We will work on addressing any emotional wounds with care and patience, restoring confidence and clarity, both emotionally and in daily activities. You'll learn and apply coping strategies to manage your emotional responses effectively, helping you rebuild your identity beyond trauma fostering a renewed sense of hope and optimism for the future.
