Moments of struggle are inevitable. However, when we are at a crossroads, we can begin seeing ourselves more clearly. My practice, Liminal Space Counselling, is founded on the idea that the space between two points in our lives is a chance to reflect and begin again. I also offer a group on Self Compassion.
I offer strengths based counselling which focuses on resilience, self regulation and self-expression. My practice is Trauma Informed and Collaborative. I have training in Narrative therapy, Mindful Self Compassion, Gottman Couples Therapy and EMDR. I am currently registered with ICBC, FNHA, CVAP and Blue Cross (CAF, RCMP, IFHP)
