Women in Healing Support Group

Free Group for women to make some connections with like minded women. Starts Oct 27th and will run on most Sundays. We will be focusing on building connections with each other and creating an emotioinally safe environment for everyone during the first few sessions. We will then move to weekly discussion topics such as setting boundaries, self worth, anxiety, adhd, peri menopause and esteem, trauma and the nervous system just to name a few. This group will be facilitated by Jenny Sudermann who is an experienced therapist. Just show up! 6-730pm, Free snacks and a cozy environment to make friends!
