I have been a Psychotherapist and Counsellor for over 40 years with extensive training in Jungian Therapy, Reichian Body Analysis, Bioenergetics,Gestalt, Encounter, Psychosynthesis and Couples Therapy. I have studied Eastern Philosophy and have been a meditation practitioner for 30 years.
l was one of the leading therapist in bringing Humanistic Therapy into the mainstream UK health service. l worked as Senior Supervisor for Tower Hamlets College Counselling Training for 10 years and now am Clinical Supervisor for Mindfulness and Counselling Diploma Course, UK.
