And at times, this might feel like it’s just “too much”. If you are feeling overwhelmed by some kind of suffering in your life, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to help. My name is Jon and I am a registered psychotherapist for the CRPO. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and safe space for you to explore, express, and clarify your experience. I am trained to provide supportive counselling, talk therapy and EMDR trauma interventions.
I provide a confidential space that can help you develop insight into the thinking and emotional patterns that may be blocking you from the life you want to live. And if you happen to feel ready to take big action, I can introduce cognitive, emotion-focused, dialectical, and somatic strategies that will help you target the specific changes that you want.
