At these times, counselling can help to explore these thoughts and feelings, identify meaningful solutions and restore hope and overall resilience.
I have the privilege of working with individuals, couples and families navigating the challenges they are facing such as anxiety, depression, parenting stress, grief, infertility, and significant life transitions. By enhancing self awareness, developing new coping skills and fortifying vital relationships, improved wellbeing and life satisfaction can occur.
