In my practice, I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress. Life can be challenging sometimes, and my clients often tell me that they have so much going on in their lives that they’re struggling to manage their emotions and be the best version of themselves. Many of my clients also have stressors such as historical traumas, work, complicated relationships, blended families, and different parenting styles that are impacting on their ability to stay ahead.

In our sessions, you can expect to discuss what is driving the increase of current stress and overwhelming emotions, how to best manage these feelings in a way that suits your personality, identify your personal values and make positive changes in your daily life that you are comfortable with.

Please note that not all insurance companies cover RCT's. It is recommended that you contact your provider and see if your coverage will reimburse for services.
