Searching for a therapist can be a challenge! If you’re looking for assistance with relationship issues/couples therapy, chronic illness, grief, PTSD, sexual abuse, or other life challenges, you are in the right place! Therapy is not "one size fits all", which is why I take a more holistic approach to helping my clients. I am EMDR trained with additional experience utilizing other techniques. My focuses lie in sexual abuse, trauma/PTSD, eating related issues and grief. I am also well versed in other areas such as general mood disorders (like anxiety and depression), stress, burnout, school/work related issues, amongst others. My techniques include EMDR, ERP, CBT, and CBT-E.
