I am passionate in helping individuals reclaim their own story when emotions like anxiety, shame, or stress have been steering their lives for too long. I work with those who identify as highly sensitive, those navigating anxiety and depression, and individuals whose stories may have been shaped by trauma. Together, we explore how emotions have played a role in their journey, uncovering ways to reshape that narrative. My approach focuses on developing the tools to build a healthier relationship with emotions—skills that many of us have not had the chance to learn.
I draw from a trauma-informed, client-focused, approach and I aim to help you understand the recurring patterns and themes in your life. the treatment I offer is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman method.
I do not pretend to be the expert in your life, nor do I offer all the solutions to get through struggles. But what I can offer is a space in which you can share your experience, and I offer you tools which have successfully helped me, and many of my clients live more empowered and valued lives.
