I work with clients who are seeking a more fulfilling life but are unsure of the path to a peaceful and happy future. I use a gentle and non-judgemental approach to help my clients move forward. I help clients build confidence and self-awareness while teaching them to tap into their mind-body connection and their intuitive sense of knowing, or gut feelings. I have worked with people from different backgrounds including those who have experienced traumatic pasts. By providing a safe space to be witnessed, I guide my clients to explore the roots of their suffering while supporting them in recovering from difficult experiences.
My approach is grounded in 15 years of psychotherapy practice and integrates Western psychological modalities with Eastern holistic practices such as yogic breathwork and Mindfulness Meditation. These holistic therapies provide a place of calm and grounded-ness from which we work to address the obstacles that are standing in the way of your goals.
Together, we will make sense of your emotions and the way your feelings, beliefs, and behaviours impact your relationships and overall functioning. Whether you desire emotional healing, are looking to develop a mindfulness practice, or are seeking a deeper sense of connection and meaning in your life, I am here to support you on your journey.
