In my professional practice, I prioritize fostering introspection and utilizing collaborative approaches to help clients tap into their internal wisdom. I offer sessions in French & English from a neuro-affirmative approach with an appreciation for somatic experiences. I work through trauma experiences from a lens of Parts Work (IFS-informed) & Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with a touch of Jungian theory, and Dialectical Behaviour Theory (DBT).
Furthermore, I offer compassionate services to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community or are intimate with our national crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women.
