I work well with daydreamers, soul-seekers, free spirits with haunting pasts - and those who have had trouble fitting in. More specifically, I work with adult clients, using an integrative approach that employs techniques from Mindfulness, Existential, Narrative, and Depth Psychology. I am queer-identifying, gender and sexuality-affirming, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and sex positive. I love working with clients who are spiritual, and those who have had strange experiences. I also have a special interest in helping bi-, pan-, and asexual spectrum clients, gender non-binary clients, and other LGBTQIA2S+ folx.
I believe that therapy is a safe space for exploration and growth. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, from a place of empathy and collaboration, and to draw on your creative strengths and innate abilities to help find your way. My aim is to help you gain insight, process tough stuff, and rediscover the magic and meaning in your life.
