Do you struggle to complete tasks or maintain a routine? ADHD (and co-occurring mental health challenges) can impact your ability to engage fully in various areas of your life. In my role, I work with you to figure out what is preventing you from living the life you want, while we work together to figure out how to overcome those barriers. Occupational therapy can help bridge the gap between your current situation and where you want to be.
My experience as an OT/Psychotherapist allows me to bring in specialized knowledge and skills in the areas of cognition, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. Our work together will involve a combination of task analysis, routine building, environmental modifications, coping skills, exposure therapy, and changing unhelpful thinking patterns.
