I have 15 years of experience providing direct support to adults, children and families of all ethnicities, race, religion, genders, sexual orientations and abilities. I rely on a Relational approach, whereby I focus on building a trusting relationship as our foundation so that we can move through your challenges safely. The focus of our work can range from seeking to generally improve your mental health, manage anxiety, depression, help with work-related challenges, relationship issues, or trying to overcome unexpected life stressors.
Apart from work with individual adults, I also speclialze in supporting families to strengthen their communication, support children with regulation and restore mental wellness. When you are feeling overwhelmed by parenting, not sure where to turn and questioning every move, you can receive tailored parenting support for you and your loved one.
My values are grounded in an anti-oppressive, decolonizing, gender-affirming and trauma-informed framework. I use a curious, non-judgemental stance, collaborating and working through questions that help us to understand the meaning you give to your experiences. This enables us to explore novel ways of approaching and thinking about your unique concerns.
