I operate and practice through a lens of non-judgment and acceptance and seek awareness, reflection, and feedback in the services I offer.

I draw from a number of therapeutic models, including cognitive- behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as hypnosis and mindfulness. I also treat trauma and post- traumatic stress, through EMDR and am licensed as a Psychedelic Integrated Therapist (APT).

In our digital and virtual world, we have become the most disconnected society to ever exist. Addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma are social diseases, and belong to us all. The need to reconnect to ourselves, to others and to nature is necessary to achieve and regain all that we are.

When you come to me, I can help you with preparation and integration of a psychedelic experience. The preparation phase consists of 1-2 sessions of harm reduction, mind set, integration and setting preparation. The integration therapy consists of 2-4 sessions and will help you make sense of the insights cultivated in a way that you can then apply them to your everyday life.
