Attending Emotion-Focused Therapy can help to address painful emotions, identify patterns that keep you "stuck", and to gain awareness of your needs. EFT can help you to attain a deeper level of connection internally and with others. My therapeutic approach is ideal if your goal is to look at what may be holding you back in your close relationships. I work most often with individuals struggling in their relationship, betrayal trauma, and parenting conflicts. I aim to create a warm, caring space that allows you to safely explore and improve your relationship.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, warm, thought-provoking and detailed. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy and experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and work primarily with spouses/partners of addicts to heal from betrayal trauma.
