Hi! My name is Lauren and I specialize in Maternal Mental Health. I am passionate about supporting those who are on their fertility journey, moms to be or moms wherever they are in their postpartum journey - I believe we are forever postpartum! I also have background work in the high school system and enjoy supporting youth 16+ who are navigating relationships (peer/romantic/parental), anxieties, life transitions and more. My hope is that my clients feel validated, heard and acknowledged. Together we will collaborate on how to best support you on your mental health journey!
