Sometimes in life, we just need additional support. I offer sessions to adolescents (15+), adults & couples going through a variety of issues. We can identify difficulties in interpersonal relationships (romantic, familial, work or otherwise) that may be causing distress. Challenging relationships can take a toll on our mental health and well-being. Some topics addressed include boundaries, attachment, and communication. I have an easygoing and supportive approach and believe you know yourself best. I encourage open communication throughout treatment on what is working & what's not working for you!
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating multiple therapeutic theories to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each client or couple. I pull from a combination of therapies such as CBT, psychodynamic & narrative therapy. I strongly believe the most important aspect of therapy is having a strong rapport and feeling comfortable.
