I offer solution-focused therapy, bridging the gap between where clients are at and where they want to be. I focus on providing counselling for those experiencing depression, anxiety, and ADHD; prolonged exposure for those experiencing PTSD; and coping skills and strategies for those experiencing long-covid and post-concussion symptoms such as “brain fog”, limited energy, difficulty with problem solving, decision-making and memory. I’m also passionate about guiding individuals through life transitions such as moving out, starting school or a new job, and moving into retirement.
People often reach out because they are feeling low in mood, unmotivated to do daily tasks, feeling generally overwhelmed by life, disorganized and scattered in thought and wanting a system to feel more in control. Those I work with recognize that there is a disconnect between how they are living and how they want to live, but don’t know where to start.
